Each rug is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for production. Once completed, your rug will be forwarded to your local delivery company, and you'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it's on the way. For accurate delivery estimates, you can enter your address into our "Shipping Estimate" calculator on each product page.

Can you make custom rug designs?

What materials are the rugs made from?

All rugs are handmade using soft, plush polyester yarn, and the backs are fitted with anti-slip rubber backing to keep them securely in place.

How can I return my item?

Since each rug is custom-made and part of a limited edition, all sales are final. However, if your rug arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with its condition, I’ll do everything I can to resolve the issue and ensure you have a positive experience
