My name is Kodi, and Rug Prime is my brand. I created Rug Prime to share my custom rug creations and give you a chance to purchase the unique art I design and produce. I hope you love what I've created as much as I do.
Unfortunately, no. I currently only offer delivery, but with your continued support, I hope to open a studio store where you can view and purchase items in person and even get a sneak peek at how everything is made.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful checkout, within two hours of your order being placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order did not go through.
NZ domestic orders require 3-4 business days to process before shipment. International orders require up to 7 business days to process before shipment. Once your order ships, you can track it here.
Some rugs and carpets are in stock and ready to ship. Other custom items may have a later shipping date, which will be noted on the product description page. For ready-to-ship items, NZ domestic orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipment. International orders require up to 7 business days to process before shipment. Both ready-to-ship and custom items will receive a shipment confirmation once the order ships.

Since each rug is custom-made and part of a limited edition, all sales are final. However, if your rug arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with its condition, I’ll do everything I can to resolve the issue and ensure you have a positive experience
I do everything I can to ensure your items arrive undamaged, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with how it has arrived, I will do my best to remedy the situation and accommodate your requests to provide you with a positive experience.
